1. Separated control of subtotals - row/column subtotals behaviour can be chnaged separately.

Fixed

1. Possible AV while cubuild empty cube (no data) in ExtendedMode
2. Several memory leaks removed

Please note: PivotCubeX interface was changed due to split old Subtotals to 2 new objects so you have to reinstall your PivotCubeX.ocx carefully - uninstall old package before install new one, please do not install it over old one.
