PivotCube VCL for D2007 TeeBmps.res duplicate resource fix

Hello,

I have just uploaded a fixed build of trail package with fix for random problem for duplicate resource file TeeBmps.res (TeeChart package)

If you have not met that problem with Dephi 2007 you not need that fix.
