Inserting new columns/rows by code ?

Is it possible to insert new column or lines by code.
( I am not talking about Calculated Measures ! )

For instance:

Columns -> A1 A2 A3 A4 X1 X2 X3

Is is possible to insert a column X1 as (A1 + A2), and X2 as (A3 + A4) and X3 as (X2 - X1).
It is just an example !

If it is not possible I will have to export to EXCEL and add the columns manually
