Some problems

Hello Alex,
I found the follow problems,

a) when load from file and have calc measures (in Greek) then I get error because
there is no decodeUTF8 when load calc measures, as when save

b) when change filter in a dimension, using speedbutton (property hide empty row/col is true), then emty rows/cols remain visible,
but when click dropdown and open the dim form and click on accept button emty rows/cols disapear

a. Probably you have used Delphi5. It does not have UTF8 support. Try to use XML storage instead of work with stream

b.
Sorry, but I cannot reproduce problem in any way on my side.

Is problem still exists with demo app you have got with package? Do you use latest package?
