Small bug in Measure Manager

Steps to reproduce:

1 - Open the measure manager.
2 - Change the Calculation Type to ctCustom
3 - Close measure manager
4 - Re-open, and you can no longer change the Calculation Type.

Not a huge issue, but one of our customers is bound to come across it at some point

Hm. you are right.

I have fix and upload source packages. Regular(pre-compiled, trial) package will re-uploaded on next build.
