Bug fix update

I just have uploaded a bug fix update for PivotCube

Fixed

1. Calc. measures may not sort
2. Calc. measures Running totals may be incorrect for second or third calc. measure in grid.
3. PrintPreview may freeze or terminate program if grid as empty and user try to change scale.
4. Fixed row/column totals will not printed now (previous behaviour - column totals was printed and row totals was not printed)
