Filter problem with calc measures

We have a very strange problem with calc measures.

Here is the situation:

I have one calc measure which is filtered(min values > 0.001) so zero and negative values are hidden.
After that when I'm expanding or collapsing rows, rows are disappearing!!! This is happening only with calc measures.

That may happens in case when you try to expand it but nested rows/columns are out of criteria of filter so they have to be removed. It is not a very good behaviour, I understand that.
