1. Changed kernel interface call to fill embedded TPivotGrid's cell editor.

1. Zero values in total cells for calc. measures
2. Incorrect average calculation when ExcludeZero is True and ExtendedMode is True and no ctCount measures defined
3. Incorrect column total calculation in some, complex condition with calc. measures which have used with NEXT_BY_ROW or NEXT_BY_COL modifiers
