New builds of PivotCube components uploaded

New in that build

1. Dimension conditional filter behaviour changed in case of filter by rank. Instead of < > filters, now you can specify number of items with first/last ranks


Fixed

1. Precision issue (sometimes, with large number of aggregated items and large result sum, it may lost precision in 3-5 decimal digit)
To use that fix you should avoid usage of zCube.dll come with package and switch to use zCubeD.dll placed in \Double precision subdirectory.
Please note - that issue fix may break compatibility with old saved cubes.
