COLOUR of Inactive items and filtered dimensions

Postby anaves » Mon Mar 15, 2010 9:46 pm

Alex, about the problem:

1- Supose a FILTERED view is SAVED.
2- Database will change in time, of course;
3- When one user opens the SAVED view, the dimensions that have inactive items will have the SAME COLOR as Pivot uses to show that his dimension is FILTERED.

I mean, the user doesn´t know if a dimension have a color due to the inactive items or because it´s filtered.
- Is there a way to have two different colours for that situations ?
- Or, do not COLOUR dimensions due to inactive items ?

Was I clear ? ( excuse my english.. )

I suppose that is ok if items which was inactive at first time (as they are absent in facts) just became filtered as they now in facts but they do not used in calculations. But ok, I will look how it can be handled in another way...
