There is PivotGrid cell editor. You should understand - each grid cell usually is result of aggregation several cube cells so if you would like to change cell you actually need change set of cube cells.
There is PivotGrid cell editor which allows that. Just see in demo how it works.
If does not work in extended mode beacuas e there are no way to change quartile or mean value in that way.
