problem installing zcube.dll

I tried to register zcube.dll (using regsvr32 ) in two notebooks, with Windows Xp, but it occurred this message:" Invalid access to local of memory". How can I solve this problem?

1 Check if you have also MS XML2 installed on tese notebooks.
(Windows\System32\msxml2.dll)
2 Seems like it is problem with WinXP in these notebooks. Did you have any anivirus software monitor installed? zCube.dll is packed with ASPack so unpacking process may be treatened as virus attack
