Pivotcube and pivotmap (build and reflesh)

I have a cube with 26780 rows, sometimes I need to change my query to insert some filters, so I close and open my dataset once again.

What is better, to close and open the cube or build and reflesh option as it is in your example?

You should use TPivotCube.Build only to ADD new records to existed cube. In your case you should close cube (Set Active to False) and build new cube
