Could you please tell me the sequence of actions to be performed
to remove a dimension from a tpivotmap and then to add a dimension
to the map

2 Call PivotMap.DimensionToColumn(Row) /RemoveFromColumns(Rows)

3 After all changes done, call PivotMap.RefreshData(True) - one call for all changes
