Users usually SAVE one or more analysis. When a NEW DIMENTION is added to the cube, the saved analysis does not load anymore and an error is returned.
Is there a way to solve this problem ?

There is not way to solve that kind of problem in common case - after you change cube structure you have a different cube than that used for save before. Dimension ID may be different, order changed.
