Does German localization exist?

Hi.
Two things to mention.
1st:
I want to run the cube in a german program. Does there already exist a german language-file?
2nd:
I noticed, that not all strings are localized yet, aren't they?
For example I tried the russian file and saw, that the captions of "Dimensions", "Columns" and "Mesasures" are not translated.
Will that be changed?
